Zolman Restoration Brings Renewed Focus to Business Development with New Hire Matt Dinverno

Zolman Restoration, a full-service restoration company specializing in fire, water, and other restoration services, has brought on Matt Dinverno to serve as a new Business Development contact with a focus on commercial, institutional, industrial, and multifamily clientele. Zolman Restoration Founder & Principal Todd Sachse made the announcement.

“Matt brings an incredible amount of experience to the Z Team as we look to expand our services across our portfolio. His proven ability to establish and maintain relationships will be an essential part of our growth plan,” said Sachse. “Matt will be responsible for nurturing relationships to ensure prospective clients have the timely protection and support they need in the event of a disaster.”

As the newest Business Development contact with Zolman, Dinverno will be communicating with business owners and building managers to establish relationships with those who may benefit from Zolman Restoration’s disaster recovery expertise. Dinverno will promote Zolman’s proactive preparation services, in which the Z Team ensures properties have an established disaster response plan in place. This allows clients to receive support more quickly and efficiently in the event of an unexpected incident such as fire, flooding, power outages and more.

Throughout his career, Dinverno has earned a positive reputation with clients rooted in trust and delivering on promised results. Dinverno joins Zolman Restoration from Brown & Brown of Detroit where he spent more than two years as a commercial sales executive and became a licensed commercial insurance agent. Prior to that, he spent seven and a half years at McKesson Pharmacy Systems as an account manager and team lead. In total, Dinverno brings two decades of experience to his new role at Zolman.

Dinverno graduated from Oakland University, earning a bachelor of arts in communications with a concentration in marketing and advertising. He resides in Rochester Hills and is an active member of BOMA Detroit, where he serves as the membership committee co-chair, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Detroit Metro Apartment Association (DMAA), Southfield Chamber of Commerce and Detroit Executive Association (DEA).
