Commercial Fire

An apartment complex experienced a fire which affected 20 apartments in a 200 unit complex. Zolman was hired to perform emergency restoration services and mitigate the secondary damages caused from the water used to extinguish the fire. Additionally, Zolman Restoration was hired to perform all of the necessary repairs to the entire complex including the structural framing, mechanicals, insulation, sheetrock, and final finishes.
Challenges
The project team faced a tight schedule to complete the restoration and finishes to the apartments. Additionally, future tenants signed pre-lease move-in dates which had to be met for the client.
Solutions
Constant communication with the client allowed the Zolman Restoration team to effectively and efficiently carry out daily activities. Special attention to detail resulted in meeting all of the client’s needs, as well as making the insurance process as simple as possible.
Results
Zolman Restoration successfully completed the mitigation and renovations to the apartment complex in time for tenants to move in on their anticipated pre-lease move-in date.
